  2. move your body in a zigzag position while counting the stops you make, so well do five, after the fifth stand in the opposite direction just left or right which in my case is left,while your legs are in a wide position jump forward to a close position,count the closing times to three times,then face the opposite direction to the left or right which in my case is right,then squat and jump for another squad in my case on top of a 13 centimetre box.
  3. turn around and jump back to the open and close position to the zigzag in which if it was a line you would use the path you’ve used to go from,to come back from with only the ones I’ve mentioned now,so after the exact move to the left or right which in my position is left then pick up 10 kg weight side to side and do 10 squads, you can do the whole set three times if you want well,either than that mission complete.

The only person that brought you here is you nobody else,you can make the change you want everytime you come back is everytime you willing to do this,and what are you doing? Were you here yesterday? Are you here today and what makes you come over here? For what reason could it be? I’m here cause I made a choice,this is it, wether I’m tired some how I manage to make it,if I don’t then something must’ve happened cause why else wouldn’t I be here? Some exercises may cause some I wanna stop pains unlike the hurt pains,these pains we feel actually have a purpose,you heard the term no pain no gain well, it’s true,seen it myself,I’ve worked on my body for more than a year now and it feels amazing.I’ve started developing my own ways or exercises I like to do most of the times in the gym or at home,I love it.It doesn’t mean you only repeat what you’ve done before,you just have you change them up day by day maybe the next you don’t do it like the last,you might add some new few you’ve seen somewhere or other gym companions such as yourself if you want.

since you’ve made a choice to being here,I don’t think you need anymore convincing than that,I’m positive I’ll get what I want when I’m here!! Repeat that sentence three times,the let’s move along,I recently found out that in my opinion,if the very thing I’m looking for in a exercise like stomach,as long as I feel the rush of adrenaline pain ,you could say it doesn’t hurt or need a hospital kinda pain instead it helps you gain ,so either way when I feel that I already know I’m doing something right,not unless it’s a might leave an injury pain,that’s how I’ve gotten used to feeling it and used it to my own advantage into my own wives and mixing known moves too.

so getting used to exercising would also be a good thing to be attached to,unlike doing it once in a while then coming back,then you don’t really feel that much difference depending on what kind of body your looking for, maybe it could be fit or slender,more muscle,just enough to see your packs or just a flat stomach, chubby all these are your choices to make that nobody else can,I don’t go to the gym because you told me even if you did,I’d have to tell myself to do it or else I wouldn’t, it’s up to me how I wanna look,if I like this size I am my size and you can’t tell me nothing about it.

I love doing it,I love the results,the expectations that I know I’ll have after doing this ,why else wouldn’t I be happy looking myself in the mirror and like view,take a pic if you want,flex ,take off your shirt to see your packs even after a nice shower or Bath just passing by and looking at this stunning appearance,what lady wouldn’t want this and if you’re a girl what man wouldn’t want you?you have every reason to choose why your doing this,for health most important in any way then it might be for looks,I mean why else for girls for boys,you have to make that choice and stick up to it.

you got this,this is your own play ground you choose where to start and how it ends,no matter how short or long your time is at that time.For me I started developing dance moves to my exercises too,who knew it could also help you dance too, especially when you go full on cardio classes if you want but I don’t,I just tackle things my own way,it doesn’t means it’s bad if you don’t do it but if your fully wanting a professional dance career where you might not want to forget steps to dance for a song you might mess that up,even if you like freestyling on it,if you can’t remember the steps you did before that one or what your support to do right after,that will mess up you whole game,so if you can teach yourself though in your own pace ,it’s also cool since you know what your doing and learn from from a few dancers you might like.

it doesn’t all have to be dance,just do your exercise and after that go home or if you’re at home take a bath or shower,cold or hot or warm make sure you take a good night sleep once the day is over after you’ve eaten some food too and drank water of cause,I promise you that feels relaxing to me after Tim and Tim till you see your results this is what’s best and must do!!

Well that depends on you how long can you hold up?let me keep it simple, Monday to Friday you workout one hour each day or two hours depending if you pop I’ll up at the gym in the mornings and afternoons,if it’s once it’s cool,if it’s twice it’s also cool depending if you show up that’s the only thing you need to do is show up ,put up the work,move your hips lift some weight,do some squat literally do anything that has to do with exercising then you’ll see your results,you just need patients and a whole lot of effort to do this,if your gonna whimp out then start now cause this journey ain’t for you,you don’t want this,it takes a while lot than one day to archive this and I don’t know how long you can hold until then,all I’m saying is you want results earn them ,you can’t just walk in the gym today and see the difference Tommorow,what you are gonna feel though is the effort you’ve put in to day, that’s your only chance of obtaining victory, cause than this must be what you wanted isn’t it?don’t miss this chance to start today.

one week might show a little glimmer of what you could be,two weeks might give you that hope of what you can be, three weeks that would be the you you are at that time,four weeks you might be looking at a sculpture and you might be molding yourself to the person you may want to be right then so who are you right now is this the looks you’re looking for is this right for you while the answer is it’s right for me cause this the body I want, if I have a problem with that then I’ll do something about it just as much as you should be doing as much for you.

I Couldn’t say there’s an ending to being healthy cause this is what it does for you keep you healthy,fit , strong, energized but to be where you want to be would need some maintenance that should come with it,so that you can keep the shape you want or looks you wanna have with the exercises you do,it last long if you did it for a while but shortens if you don’t maintain for a while.

so to keep the shape you want exercise now so that your body becomes strong enough to even maintain its self for a while with you just taking a walk or small movements any how that shape will stay for a while.
